心意六合拳又名“十大形”，是一門內家拳，其特徵注重心意六合的融貫。起勢後，心與意合;意與氣合;氣與力合;手與足合 ;肘與膝合 ;胯與肩合。此拳以鷄、𤠣、蛇、燕、鷹、龍、虎、馬、鶴、熊十種動物的撲擊、穿側、捕捉、閃等形態與動勢的特點作爲其身法、手法、步型及其動作的依據。
